Team Development and Training

James and Joel especially enjoy working with ministry team leaders in the area of how to develop, equip, and encourage their teams most effectively. They work with leaders to create ministry training and development plans for key servants in local churches or parachurch ministries.

James and Joel also serve to teach and lead workshops for local church or parachurch ministry staff teams on a variety of ministry leadership topics.
